Clearspring Organic Dried Daikon is made with traditional way by simply shredding the fresh daikon and drying it. This giant white root is one of the quintessential vegetables in the Japanese diet. Its versatility is endless and it is as good cooked, dried or pickled as it is raw.
To prepare, soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water which can be used to make a stock. Saute alone or with other vegetables and season to taste with soya sauce.
