General Conditions

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Well Natural.

Security

When you place an order on the Well Natural web site your card details are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server. Therefore your details will never be seen by anyone other than our payment provider, we are simply informed by your bank that the payment has been authorised.

Payment

Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Well Natural shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

Delivery Charges and Methods

Well Natural use various delivery methods depending on delivery location and order value. Please note that for UK deliveries most despatches are made via Royal Mail. Although 1st class should arrive next day and 2nd class within 3-4 days, sometimes they make take longer. The Royal Mail does not entertain claims for non-delivery until after 14 days have passed from the date of posting. Therefore, we too, do not acknowledge non-delivery until 14 days after the date of despatch.

Cancellation of Order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Well Natural, 21 Queen Street, Salisbury, Wilts, SP1 1EY in their original packing and in their original condition.

Well Natural will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
